May 30 and 31 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) will conduct two training session from the module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Law on obligations”.
Topics that will be covered in this training are: notion and sources of the law on obligations, classification of obligations and their characteristics, obligational contracts, principles of the contractual law, general conditions and special conditions for establishing contracts, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
