June 13-14 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from he module on “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module on “Law on Obligations”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: lifelong maintenance, responsibility of the maintaining party for debts of the maintained party, termination of the lifelong maintenance contract, annulment of the contract, notion of the contract on delivery and division of property, conditions for validity of the contract for delivery and division of property, preserving the rights during delivery, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges of generation VII 2019-2020.
