June 17-18 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) will conduct two training sessions from the Module on “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”.
Topics that will be covered in this training are as below: formal-material notion of the Criminal Code, Criminal Code according to the CCRK, basic elements of the criminal offence, occurrence of the criminal offence, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2029-2020.
