July 8-9 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on the “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: criminal liability, elements of criminal liability, essentially diminished capacity and its impact in criminal liability and sanctioning according to CCRK, application of ensuring measures against perpetrators with essentially diminished capacity, actiones liberae in causa, action libera causa and criminal liability, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
