On 09-10 September 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is developing two training sessions under the module: Criminal Procedural Code, sub module: Inducement and reviewing procedure”.
Topics that will be treated during these sessions are: necessary elements of the indictment, determination of the court where the main trial will be held, as well as filing off the indictment and materials given to the defendant when filing the indictment.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
