On January 31, 2013, KJI, in cooperation with UNDP has conducted a training on the novelties of the Law on Obligations and the challenges that judges will face in the application of these provisions.
In this training were addressed issues related to the novelties of the Law on Obligations Relations, new contracts-types and their elements, the new provisions on the interest and interest delay as well as differences between the provisions of the old and new LOR, including the final provisions of this law. Also, special attention was paid to the difficulties and dilemmas that judges will face in implementing the new legal provisions.
The beneficiaries of this training were basic court judges and judges of the Court of Appeal (General Department).
