On 9 February 2010, the Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted the workshop under the topic: “Amendments and Extension of the Indictment”.
The subjects treated in the course of this training session focused on the most relevant issues related to the powers of the public prosecutor, subsidiary prosecutor and private prosecutor to amend and extend the indictment. A special attention in the due course was paid to the amendment of the indictment upon the disclosure of a newly committed criminal offence and adoption based on the new factual state.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned training were judges, prosecutors and professional associates from all regions of Kosovo.
