On February 12, 2010, a seminar under the topic “Juvenile Detention on Remand and Imprisonment” was held.
The issues treated in the due course of this seminar focused on minor’s right as the perpetrator of a criminal offence, ordering of detention on remand, procedure conducted against, notification on the filled charges and the purpose or benefit of sending juveniles to prison.
The beneficiaries of the respective training were judges and prosecutors handling juvenile cases, professional associates and police officers.
