This workshop was held by the KJI on 18 February 2010.
The issues treated during this training focused on the main principles on adoption, definition of competency and adoption procedure. A special attention was paid to the dilemmas arising out of the Article. 161 of the Family Law of Kosovo, due to the fact that number of courts and centers for social work have different attitudes in the application of the respective article.
The beneficiaries of the respective workshop were the civil law judges of municipal and district courts.
