During September 30th - October 1st 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Indictment and the reviewing procedure”.
Topics being elaborated are as follows: Indictment with proposal for detention, understanding detention, the state prosecutor’s challenges in the aspect of the forensic expertise, crimes that require professional opinion of the forensic expert, and challenges of the state prosecutor versus forensic autopsy.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
