October 10 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) is conducting training on Implementation of the Law on personal data protection.
This training is elaborating on the following: legal provisions for protection of personal data, data protection in the context of European Union and the ECHR, administrative protection of personal data, judicial protection of personal data.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the administrative cases of the Appeals Court and of the basic instance, as well as judges of the criminal department, professional associates and legal officials from the Appeals Court and professional associates of the Basic Prosecution of Prishtina.
