On 22-23 October 2019, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the JSSP, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program (CTP), is conducting a training on "Court Management".
This training covers: What are the characteristics of a good manager, the duties and responsibilities of judges, the management features and trends to be avoided, the measurement of employee engagement, the interpretation of court employee engagement data.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Heads of court divisions from all regions of Kosovo.
