October 31 November 1 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on “Legislation and additional skills”, i.e. the sub-module on Juvenile Justice Code.
Topics that are being covered are: imposing measures and punishments to adults for crimes committed as minors, effects of punishment in educational measure, diversion measures and mediation, types of diversion measures, and purpose of educational measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
