Personal and interdisciplinary skills-reasoning of decisions and accusatory acts

November 7-8 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the module on “Personal and interdisciplinary skills”, i.e. the sub-module “Reasoning of decisions/ accusatory acts”.

Topics that are being elaborated are: Legal writing and use of IRAC Methodology, legal writing in US that is distinguished with the use of IRAC method that addresses legal issues, as well as legal reasoning and the right for reasoned judicial decision.

Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
