On 18-19 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors, is conducting a training under the Module: “Criminal Procedural Code, submodule: “Witnesses and injured in criminal procedure”.
Topics to be addressed are: Protected witnesses and cooperative witnesses, request for protective measures or anonymity, order for protective measures, cooperative witnesses as well as the injured party and persons authorized to submit a proposal for the legal property claim.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
