On 19 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is conducting a training under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Covert and technical measures of investigation and surveillance”.
Topics covered during the training are: Legal conditions authorizing covert measures and the rights of attacked persons, measures undertaken prior initiation of criminal procedure and managing the file of covert measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
