On 08th October 2008, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with UNDP organised the Workshop on the Criminal Law, under the topic of Drafting of the Indictment.
The subjects that were tackled during the aforementioned were mainly focused on the formal argumentation of the Indictment; with special emphasis were analysed Article 304, 305 and paragraph 5 of the Article 316 of PCPCK – which regulate the scope of inadmissible evidence. The purpose of the aforementioned Worksop was to provide broader knowledge on the practical implementation of respective provisions and discuss the practical approach on drafting and argumentation of the indictment.
The beneficiaries of the respective session were judges and prosecutors form Prizren region.
