On 09 October 2008, Kosovo Judicial Institute implemented the training session in the form of simulation of a trial at the District Court in Peja, under the topic of “Revocation of Contracts”. The subjects that were treated during the aforementioned simulation were focused on the very interesting case from the judicial practice, which process was conducted through preparatory hearing, main hearing and general discussion on the subject matter. A special attention during the training was paid to the revocation of contracts, the participants had the possibility to acquire their professional knowledge and clarify many issues in the view of material and procedural aspects on the aforementioned subject matter, which in fact was the purpose of the simulation.
The beneficiaries of the respective session were judges trying civil law cases, from the Peja region.
