On February 06, 2013, KJI conducted a roundtable discussion on the topic “Legal Obligation on alimony and entrustment of children”.
During this roundtable were addressed topics related to the subject matter on the alimony of spouses, children, parents and others in the genre, with an impact on the amount of alimony conditions, drafting of judgments in children entrustment disputes.
A special attention was paid to the difficulties and dilemmas faced by judges in practice.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the general department of basic courts and the Court of Appeal.
