On 30 January 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable on civil law with the topic, “cooperation in the commission of the criminal offence” During this roundtable were treated very important issues which occur during the judicial practice regarding to the clarifications of the legal institutions as: coo-perpetration and criminal association, as well as the assistance in the commission of the criminal offence, this roundtable were also focused on the analysis of the problems occurred during the practical work of judges and prosecutors.
The beneficial of this training were judges and prosecutors of all regions of Kosovo as well as the Kosovo Police Service.
