On 05 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized training on civil law under the topic “Novelties of the law on executive procedure”. The topics that were elaborated during this training focused on novelties of the Law on Executive Procedure, distinctions between the old and new provisions of Law on Executive Procedure as well as the practical application of new provisions of Law on Executive Procedure. Special attention was paid to the difficulties faced by judges during the application of the new legal provisions.
Beneficial of this seminar were judges of civil filed of all regions of Kosovo.
