On 27 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a roundtable discussion on civil law under the topic “Disproportional Profits – Debt Contract”. The topics that were discussed during this roundtable were focused on issues that are related to fictitious and stipulate contract relating usury contract, annulment and applicability of respective contract, as well as factual contract. Special attention was paid to the dilemma which occurs during the practical work of judges.
Benefitials of this roundtable were judges of civil field from all regions of Kosovo.
