On 12 February 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized training on civil law under the topic “Most important novelties of the Contested Procedure Law”. The subjects that were elaborated during this training focused on novelties of the Contested Procedure Law, distinctions between old and new provisions of CPL, as well as the practical approach of judges toward new provisions of CPL. Special attention was paid to the difficulties faced by the judges during implementation of the new provisions on contested procedure.
Beneficial of this training were judges of civil field from all regions of Kosovo.
