On 16 April 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted the workshop under the topic: “Insurance Measures”. The subjects that were treated during the aforementioned session focused on the main characteristics of the insurance procedure, real competency, and the possibilities of ordering insurance measures, guarantees about the types of measures ordered by the court, implementation of monetary demands, the responsibility of the counter-party and the applicable procedure for the insurance measures. A special attention was paid to the practical application of the Article 310 of the Law on Contested Procedure (LCP), sale of real estates, consent for the pledge, termination and the costs of the respective procedure.
