On 25 March 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute and the Human Rights Center of the Prishtina University organized the debate under the topic: “Diversity Measures in the Juvenile Justice, Implementation and Barriers”. This debate was delivered and facilitated by the professionals from the juvenile justice field, as: judges, prosecutors, professors of law faculty and senior officials from the Probation Service of Kosovo. This debate was conducted through an interactive discussion by treating the novelties and challenges in the implementation of the Alternative Measures and Sanctions foreseen under the Kosovo Juvenile Justice Code.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned debate were: judges and prosecutors trying juvenile cases and probation officers.
