On 26 March 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized the roundtable discussion under the topic: “Records of the Criminal Proceedings, Rendering and Pronouncing of Decisions”. The issues that were treated during the aforementioned roundtable were focused on the drafting, types and the content of records pursuant to the PCCK as well as the form of rendering and pronouncing of decisions and judgments. In addition to, the discussion was oriented on the troublesome issues arising during the practical implementation of the respective provisions and the way how to eliminate eventual obstacles with the purpose of unifying and establishing best practices.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned training were: judges and prosecutors from all regions of Kosovo.
