On 10 April 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute, support by the UNDP, organised the study visit dedicated to the candidates for future judges and prosecutors that are currently undergoing the Initial Legal Education Program. This study visit was paid to the Training Academy for Judges and Prosecutors and other relevant Institutions within the Judicial System of the Republic of Macedonia.
The purpose of this study visit was to establish and strengthen the official cooperation between these sister institutions, exchange of practices between the candidates for judges and prosecutors following the Initial Legal Education Program, which training has common specifics with the respective institution. During this visit, the candidates had the opportunity to visit the Supreme Court, General Prosecution Office and the
Fundamental Courtin Skopje, during which they were informed about the composition and functioning of the judicial system of the Republic of Macedonia.
