On 25-26 November 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training sessions under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Covert measures of investigation and surveillance”.
Issues that will be treated during this training are: Interception of telecommunications and recording of telephone conversations, procedures and conditions of interception of electronic communications for the purposes of criminal proceedings, undercover investigation and disclosure of financial data, as well as legal conditions for authorization of the respective measure.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
