On 26 November 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training sessions under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure”.
Topics covered during the training are: House arrest, diversion and detention.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
