On 12-13 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the initial training for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing a training under the module: “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics to be treated are: criminal offenses Chapter XIV, XV and introduction to Chapter XVI, criminal offenses from Chapter XIV, aggravated murder Article 179 of the CPCK, incitement to suicide and assisting in murder Article 183 of the CPCK and criminal offenses against life and body, human rights and freedoms.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
