On 19 - 20 December 2019, The Academy of Justice, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges (VII generation), is organizing the training under the module: “Criminal Code - General Part”.
Topics to be addressed are: Separation of criminal offenses, economic offenses, minor offenses, action and meaning of action, causality and causality of criminal offenses by omission.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
