On 26- 27 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is developing a training under a submodule: “Criminal Code-general part”.
Topics to be treated during the training are: Time and place of commission of the criminal offense, crime scene of the offenses committed in collaboration and attempted crimes, importance and setting the time of the commission of the criminal offense, unlawfulness as an element of the criminal offense-not part of the legal description of the offense.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
