On 08, 09 and 10 January 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing the training under: module: “Criminal Code – General part”.
Topics to be addressed are: Criminal liability, substantive diminished liability and its impact on criminal liability and punishment under the CCRK, application of security measures against perpetrators of substantially diminished criminal liability, stages of commission of a criminal offense, the criminal and policy importance of initiation of action, objective and subjective connection between collaborators as a condition of co-operation, the function and system of criminal sanctions, the basic elements and characteristics of punishments and the system of measuring punishment for joint criminal offenses according to criminal law of Kosovo.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
