On 23 – 24 December 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (gene4ration VIII), will develop two training session under the submodule: “The role of the prosecutor in the main trial”.
Topics to be covered in this training are: the role of the state prosecutor in the main trial, direct examination, cross examination, redirect examination of the witness (Article 332 of KPCK), explanatory methods and expectations form participants.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
