On 26-27 December 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing a training under the module: “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics to be addressed are: Offenses under chapters XXIII and XXV, unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous Article 275 CPCK, intoxication of another person with narcotics or psychotropic substances article 276 CPCK and conviction for serious cases the offenses under this Chapter Article 281 of the CPCK.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), 2019-2020.
