On 21 January 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), is developing one training session under the submodule: “Procedural expenses”.
Topics to be treated are: expenditures of criminal procedure and property-legal claims, pre-payment of the criminal procedure expenses, decision and review of the criminal procedure expenses and annulment of the legal action.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (genration VIII), 2019-2020.
