On 04 November 2009, a criminal law seminar under the topic “Confiscation Procedure” was conducted. The following were the subjects treated within the scope of the aforementioned seminar: Investigation of the assets acquired through the commission of a criminal offence, issuance of orders for securing the seized property, temporary and final confiscation of the proceeds of crime. The beneficiaries of the respective seminar were judges and prosecutors from all regions of Kosovo.
