On 03 December 2009, Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a training under the topic “Legal Effects of the Possession”. During this training were treated a practical case of court protection of property.This training was divided in working group by doing interactive discussion. Special attention was paid of court protection of property- possession in law; claim for disturbing possession and procedure for solving contest concerning distributions of possession and basic qualifications of this procedure. Beneficiaries of this training were judges and court intern.
