On 08 December 2009, Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a workshop on criminal law under the topic “Practical problems in conducting criminal code”.During this training the focus was on questions concerning practical skills of judges and prosecutors in managing and assessing concrete cases with the aim to harmonize judicial practice. The discussion was focused on problems arising in practice in the regions of Pristina, Gjilan and Mitrovica giving concrete ideas to eliminate problems arising in practice. Beneficiaries of this training were judges, prosecutors and professional associate.
