On 15 December 2009, Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a seminar on Law on Public Peace and Order which came into force on August of this year. The topics that were elaborated during this seminar were focused on the issued related to the composition of the Law. During this seminar was also presented a short analytic overview of the material and sanction provisions of the Law from the judicial and police point of view. With the same importance during this seminar were also the discussion related to the interpretation, clarification of each legal provision in a chronological manner, especially from the judicial site. The beneficiaries of this seminar were judges of Minor Offence Courtjudges from all regions and Kosovo Police Officers.
