On 3 and 4 December 2012, KJI in cooperation with the USAID/DELOITTE organized training on tax violations.
The purpose of this training was to provide participants with the knowledge on custom law, customs evaluation of goods and identification of the tax violations.
During this training were discussed issues related to the customs duty that natural and legal person have toward the payment of the custom on imported goods, which shall be done based on the methods determined by the Custom Code. There were also discussed issues relates to the taxpayers, tax disputes, the complain procedure and the relation between the TAK and the court. The training was followed also by practical cases, exchange of experience and share of ideas regarding the customs issues.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors from all regions of Kosovo.
