On 18 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop one training session under the module: “National and international legal order”.
Topics to be addressed are: Procedural guarantees in cases of deprivation of liberty, arrest of a suspect for a criminal offense, Article 5 of the ECHR and its application in Kosovo and cases of violation of Article 5 of the ECHR in Kosovo - ''Executive Orders”.
Beneficiaries: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
