On 24-25-26 February 2020, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is conducting a training session under the submodule: “Development of judicial skills”.
Topics to be addressed during three days of training are: Opening statement and its purpose, grabbing the attention during the opening statement, its structure, direct and cross examination, presentation of incontrovertible facts, techniques of cross-examination, impeachment and closing argument, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
