From 2-4 February 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (second group) of the generation VII, is conducting the training module on Trial advocacy skills.
Topics covered in this three-days training are: the opening statement and its purpose, drawing attention in the opening statement, direct and cross examination, presentation of undisputed facts, techniques of cross examination, impeachment, closing statement, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
