On April 27, 2020, within the Initial Training Program, one (1) training sessions is taking place under the sub-module: "Evidence in Criminal Procedure", with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi - Judge at the Supreme Court.
Topics addressed during this session are: General rules of evidence in criminal proceedings, evidence and order in court, the use of previous statements during the trial and evidence on the determination of guilt.
Training methodology: During today's training which is taking place in a virtual form, the newly appointed judges have had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the topics that are being addressed, illustrating it with a practical case.
Participants in the training are 37 newly appointed judges of VII generation 2019-2020, where seven of them are from the Serbian community.
