On April 27 and 30, 2020, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program is conducting two (2) training sessions under the sub module: "Mediation", with trainer: Mr. Kujtim Munishi - Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution of Prishtina.
Topics that are being addressed are mediation in criminal matters and its importance, the principles of restorative justice, and the positive effects of mediation in the Republic of Kosovo.
During today's training, which took place in a virtual form, the newly appointed prosecutors had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the addressed topics, including practical cases.
Training participants: 12 newly appointed prosecutors of the VIII generation, 2019-2020.
