On April 30, 2020, within the Initial Training Program, a (1) training session is being held under the module: "Witnesses and victims of criminal proceedings", with Mr. Besim Kelmendi - prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
The training focused on: Interrogation of witness and taking the statement before filing an indictment, failure to present a witness, questioning, and statement in the preliminary procedure and special investigative opportunity, circumstances when the statement is inadmissible, record of actions in procedure and recording of audio and video recording sessions.
During the training, which took place virtually, the newly appointed judges had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the topics being addressed.
Participants in this training are 37 newly appointed judges of the VII 2019-2020 generation, seven of whom are from the Serb community.
