On 04-05 May 2020, within the Initial Training Program, two (2) training sessions are taking place under the sub module: "Witnesses and injured parties in criminal procedure", with trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi-prosecutor at the Chief State Prosecutor.
The following topics are being addressed during these sessions: Protected and collaborative witnesses,
prohibition of asking questions that can identify the identity, access to victim's defendant and defendant in case file, amendment of the final judgment on legal property claim and measures for the temporary provision of legal property claim directed against third parties.
These trainings are being conducted in a virtual form, the newly appointed judges had the opportunity to talk and ask questions about the topics that are being addressed.
Participants in the training are 37 newly appointed judges of the generation VII 2019-2020, where seven of them are from the Serbian community.
