May 20 2020, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting a training session on the online platform Zoom, from the sub-module on the EU legislation with trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, legal expert on the EU legislation.
Topics covered in this training are the European arrest warrant, mandate, function and court hearing in the European Union.
This training was delivered using also practical cases pertaining to treaties of the EU countries, where prosecutors could discuss with the trainer and raise questions related to certain issues.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
