On 1-2 June 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions through the online platform Zoom, from the sub-module on Professional Ethics, with trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chief Prosecutor in Basic Prosecution in Gjilan.
The following topics are being elaborated: Cooperation and mutual coordination between prosecutor and the police for sensitive cases, communication, trust and mutual respect prosecutor-police, and what types of misconduct would be investigated based on the Code of Ethics for Judges and Prosecutors.
The training is interactive way with questions being raised and examples being treated.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
